We believe that simple acts of kindness can open hearts to the love of Jesus for those being served and for those serving. Our goal is to show people the love of Jesus by meeting the tangible needs of our communities.
Our Motto & Mission
We are motivated by the words of Jesus found in Matthew 25:35-36, where he identifies himself with the hungry, the thirsty, the stranger, the naked, the sick, and the imprisoned. These outline our five focal points of outreach – Food, Water, Shelter, Clothing, and Care – through which we demonstrate and share the love and faithfulness of Jesus.

Get Involved!
Join an Outreach Team
If you want to serve your local community and show the love of Christ, serve with your local Union Campus. Attend all four steps of Growth Track to join the Outreach team!
Brooklyn Community Serve
We mobilize our Mobile Shower Unit, and Food Truck to serve meals and provide showers and clothing to community members who are experiencing homelessness.
Outreach Groups
During the Fall, Spring, and Summer Groups Semester, care kits are created for those experiencing homelessness across the DMV and Charlotte via our Care Kit Groups.
Serve Day
Serve Day provides churches across the world the opportunity to serve their local communities and to show the love of Jesus to those around them. On July 13, 2024, gather your family and get involved in one of our many Serve Day projects.

The Hope Store
Saturday, December 9, 2023
The Hope Store is more than just helping put a gift for a child under the Christmas tree. Because of your generosity, we have the opportunity to meet the practical needs of children and families throughout our communities. By being generous, we share the love of Jesus and give the lifelong gift of hope.
Second Saturday Serve
Saturday, May 11th
Monthly our Union Outreach team gathers to partner with local organizations to love on our community. Take all four steps of Growth Track to join the Outreach team.
