Our Senior Pastors
Pastors Stephen and Zai Chandler are the bold, encouraging, life-giving senior pastors of Union Church.
Pastor Stephen comes from a ministry background as the son of a pastor while Pastor Zai comes from a family led to Christ by a missionary in her native country Sierra Leone. Despite their vastly different backgrounds, they share this same passion: to see people discover their God-given destiny and united to their purpose. They have given their lives to helping others find fulfillment. Between the two of them, they have over 20 years of ministry experience. Before Union Church, Pastor Stephen and Zai pastored Destiny Church for over ten years.
Despite Pastor Zai being a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and Pastor Stephen declaring that the Baltimore Ravens are God’s favorite team, they are happily married. Currently, they reside in Bowie, MD, with their three children Zoe, Roman and Jade.

Our Apostolic pastors, Jimmy and Irene Rollins are determined to build a generation of world changers who are commissioned to impact the community and the world.
Their commitment to marriages, building healthy leaders, redefining church and the next generation are evident in everything they do. After leading i5 city church for 10 years, they stepped into a new chapter and followed the apostolic call on their life. Pastor Jimmy and Irene Rollins lead the Union Network, supporting hundreds of Pastors, churches, and leaders across the nation.
Together, they have three wonderful “almost grown” kids, Kayla, Jaden, Maya, three bulldogs, Diesel, Bentley, and Gucci, who are the house’s true babies.
